Job Description:

Forklift Operator (Converting Department) – Baltimore, OH. Shift: 12‑hour shifts (available 7 a.m.–7 p.m. and 7 p.m.–7 a.m., dependent on seniority and schedule (2‑2‑3) for union facility). Scheduled to work half the year. Pay: $25.20 per hour, with potential to earn up to $50,000+ per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package products into finished goods (ticketing, banding, wrapping) per customer specification and transport to on‑site warehouses.
• Spend 80% of time operating a sit‑down forklift.
• Spend 20% of time operating converting machinery.
• Provide forklift experience if possible.
• Receive job‑specific training, including safe use and operation of powered industrial trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Complete computer‑based safety training.

Compensation:
