Babylist is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Commercial Point Fulfillment Center in Ohio. You will move product with reach, cherry picker, stand-up, and sit-down forklifts, ensuring safe, efficient material handling on a Fri-Sun shift from 6:00am to 6:30pm.

Starting pay is $22.50 per hour with raises every 3 months for the first 18 months. A $750 sign-on bonus is paid after 90 days. Holiday and health benefits are provided.

• 3+ years of experience operating multiple lift types.
• Safety-focused and follow procedures in all tasks.
• Reliable, steady, and able to work with a team.

Mansioni

• Move, locate, stack, and count materials across the distribution center using the full range of lift equipment.
• Load and unload trailers safely, keeping outbound on schedule and inbound organized.
• Support inbound and outbound operations with accurate material handling.
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free every shift.
