ManpowerGroup is hiring a Forklift Operator in the United States, Texas, Laredo. The role requires 1 year of sit-down forklift experience and warehouse familiarity. Shifts are rotating with 3 days on/3 days off, 12-hour days (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) at $15.00/hr.
Responsibilities include loading/unloading, picking/packing, scanning, and inventory tasks. This is a true Temp-to-Hire opportunity with potential for long-term placement; candidates should be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to lift up
1 year forklift experience (Sit-Down)
Warehouse experience preferred
Experience with scanning, loading/unloading, tablets, and data entry
Ability to pass a 10-year background check and drug screen
Loading/unloading merchandise
Picking, packing, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping goods
Scanning products and updating inventory
Receiving finished products and performing cycle counts
Reporting any product damage and maintaining a NO DAMAGE PRODUCT standard
Rotating schedule, full-time hours
