Job summary

CJ Logistics America is hiring a Forklift Operator in Georgia to safely operate forklifts, EPJs, and other material handling equipment in our on-site warehouse. You will support loading, picking, inventory, and shipment preparation while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 6 months of warehouse experience, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least six (6) months of related warehouse or distribution experience.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate products.
• Conduct manual case picking and other material handling tasks as needed for order fulfillment, including EPJ usage.
• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing, wrapping, and staging per shipping requirements.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as directed.
