**Join Our Team as a 3rd Shift Forklift Operator in Napoleon**

Time Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a reliable and skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in Napoleon.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Safely operate a forklift to transport and store products in a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Conduct thorough pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition
* Accurately verify counts of incoming products and ensure shipments are free of damage
* Load, unload, and place products in designated storage bays, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency
* Assist with inventory counts and proper stock rotation to ensure optimal warehouse operations
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including changing propane tanks and batteries, and properly charging equipment
* Comply with OSHA standards and use safety equipment, such as eye and ear protection, back supports, and fall protection

**What We're Looking For:**

* Previous forklift experience and a strong understanding of warehouse operations
* Ability to follow all safety procedures and protocols
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and inventory management
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues
* Proficiency in using WMS and KOS systems, as well as clamps, forks, and other attachments
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
