Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is hiring a Material Handler in North Carolina for a temp-to-permanent role at Salisbury and Lexington locations. You will manage inventory flow, operate forklifts, and support production lines on 10-hour shifts (Mon-Thu).

Pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour with a clear path to permanent hire based on performance and attendance. The role offers a three-day weekend every week and requires 1–2 years of forklift experience, a valid forklift license or ability to pass

Qualifications

• 1–2 years forklift experience.
• Valid forklift license or ability to pass internal testing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to move heavy loads.
• Load and unload materials to production lines and inbound trucks.
• Scan barcodes and log material locations in the system (inventory control).
• Stage products on pallets for shipping and storage.
• Inspect equipment daily and maintain clean walkways for safety.
