Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler in Hebron, Kentucky to operate forklifts and perform warehouse tasks in a clean, safety-focused facility. The role includes loading, picking, packing, shipping and receiving with a strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

The position offers a Monday–Friday 2:00pm–10:00pm shift, pay $19.50 per hour with overtime, and weekly pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid training to support career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator license/certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading.
• Process day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, bills of lading, returns).
• Provide technical support for automated packing systems during core production hours.
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
