Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Maryland is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift (4:00pm–12:30am, Monday–Friday). You will move stock within our warehouse, load and unload shipments, and operate various forklift types and electric pallet jacks in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Required: at least 1 year of forklift experience, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and a forklift operator certificate or complete training within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Six months warehouse experience, preferred
• Six months forklift operation experience

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts or other power equipment.
• Move shipments and prep products for shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and records.
• Follow OSHA/MSDS standards and safety procedures.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
• Support in physical inventories.
