Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to move merchandise within our Windsor Locks warehouse. You will operate a stand-up forklift, track inventory with a handheld computer, and rotate stock to support timely order fulfillment.

This role requires safety-first mindset, ability to work the Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday schedule, and physical stamina to lift up to 60 lbs as needed. Comprehensive benefits start from day one, with weekly pay and training provided.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift for long shifts.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse.
• Accurately track inventory using a handheld computer or similar device.
• Stack and rotate merchandise, either by hand or with equipment.
• Replenish pick slots and production lines to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Stage finished product in designated storage areas.
• Load and unload merchandise from trailers.
• Follow all safety protocols for forklift operation.
