Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages seeks a Warehouse Operator to move products and materials in a fast-paced production environment. You will operate industrial vehicles and equipment, transport materials, and load/unload trailers, while ensuring compliance with safety policies.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of warehouse experience or forklift exposure, a high school diploma or GED, and forklift certification. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to operate pallet jacks and lifts.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• 0-3 years of general work experience required.
• 1+ years prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred.
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment a plus.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Forklift certification is required.

Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM / 5 days a week.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.08 to $22.06 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
