Conagra Brands in Henning, Illinois is hiring a Night Shift Forklift Operator to stage, move and inspect raw materials and finished goods within a 200-strong team at our Henning facility that produces PAM. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily forklift inspections and manage the unloading and staging of raw materials.
• Prepare production runs by retrieving raw materials through the barcode system and creating accurate pallet tags for each pallet.
• Handle finished goods by moving products to the warehouse for inventory and ensuring correct order placement through the barcode system.
• Confirm shipment staging, bill accuracy, correct lot codes, and product information.
• Maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.
• Work a Monday through Friday schedule on the 5:00 PM to 5:15 AM shift.
• Support production demands through overtime when required.

Shift and Pay

Shift: 5:00 PM-5:15 AM Hourly Rate: $21.25 an hour + $0.00 shift differential Forklift Operator (Night Shift) Reporting to the Warehouse Team Lead, you will stage, maintain, and move raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse. You will join a team of 200 associates at our Henning, Illinois manufacturing facility, where we produce cooking sprays, including PAM.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• Complete daily forklift inspections and manage the unloading and staging of raw materials.
• Prepare production runs by retrieving raw materials through the bar-coding system and creating accurate pallet tags for each pallet.
• Handle finished goods by moving products to the warehouse for inventory and ensuring correct order placement through the bar-coding system.
• Confirm shipment staging, bill accuracy, correct lot codes, and product information.
• Maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements.
• Work a Monday through Friday schedule on the 5:00 PM to 5:15 AM shift.
• Support production demands through overtime when required.
