Job summary

Shaw Industries in Coppell, TX is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift to transport flooring material from trailers to storage and to Shaw trucks for shipping. The position offers a non-rotating 8-hour shift with Sunday 4:00 pm–12:30 am and Monday–Thursday 6:00 pm–2:30 am, paying $21.14 per hour.

Candidates must be able to read manifests and document movements accurately. This role requires attention to safety, proper stacking, and timely handling to support shipments from Coppell

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to read shipping manifests and documentation.
• Willingness to work night shifts and non-rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound trailer and place goods into appropriate storage bins / floor locations.
• Accurate documentation for these goods is required.
• Upon completion of trailer, turn paperwork in to designated personnel.
• Locate appropriate flooring material that needs to ship.
• Check style, size, and roll number against shipping manifest.
• Load goods onto designated consignee trailer or Shaw truck after material is verified and tagged.

Position Overview

This position is located and works out of Coppell, TX.

$21.14 Per Hour

Sunday - 4:00 pm to 12:30 am

Monday - Thursday - 6:00 pm to 2:30 am
