MSI Express, INC in Batavia, IL is seeking a second shift Forklift Operator to move, load, unload, and count merchandise in a fast-paced warehouse. The role uses ERP for inventory movements and requires adherence to SOPs, safety rules, and quality standards.

You will operate forklifts and clamp trucks, stock and stage products, assist in inventories, and maintain accurate records. This is a full-time, in-person position with competitive starting pay of $21.00–$22.00 per hour and benefits.

Uses Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system when moving merchandise, loading and unloading product in accordance with material SOPs.**KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:*** Unload inbound shipments and move product within a warehouse/manufacturing environment.* Efficiently stock and store merchandise in appropriate areas* Loading, unloading, moving, stocking, and staging products and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other power equipment* Pull and prepare product for shipment or production ensuring the exact number and types of product is loaded.* Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy.* Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards* Report quality variances to supervisor or materials manager.* Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, orderly fashion.* Assist in physical inventories* Ensure proper stock rotation* Uses ERP system moving inventory/product in accordance with SOPs.* Follow all company policies including but not limited to general manufacturing and safety practices.* This position has responsibility for Food Safety and Quality within their influence.
