Experience Champaign Urbana is inviting energetic individuals to join our production team at the Champaign plant, where quality products are produced for over 50 well-known brands. Starting pay is $22.73 per hour with potential additional shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

This role involves maintaining safety standards, sanitation duties, and documentation, with flexible scheduling available. Candidates with a strong teamwork ethic and attention to detail are preferred. We offer various well-being programs to support your health and financial needs.

Compensation Overview

• The starting hourly wage for this role is $22.73/hr
• Shift Premium of $.75/hr on 2nd shift & $1.00/hr on 3rd shift
• Hourly Bonus Program

Work Schedule

2nd Shift 3pm-11:30pm / 3rd Shift 11pm-7:30am

Flexible scheduling, 8-hour workday with possible overtime.

Employees may work weekends and holidays.

Only 2nd and 3rd shift positions available.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Documentation of pertinent information where required.
• Keeping area clean and orderly.
• Sanitation, as required, in processing and packaging areas.
• Comply with all company policies and general safety rules while performing duties.
• Know, understand, and comply with Kraft Heinz Environmental Policy.
• Responsible for wearing proper PPE, complying with all safety training, policies and procedures, and reporting any unsafe safety conditions to a Supervisor/ Management
• Participate and collaborates in meetings.
• Training others and filling in for other positions as assigned.
• Participate in the QRMP audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions.
• Oversee and lead the implementation of the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) system and operational standards as outlined in the plant accountability list.
• Perform other duties incidental to job as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma preferred.
• Prefer experience in production/ manufacturing- but will train the right candidates.
