Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Forklift Operator to load, unload, and move pallets throughout the warehouse. You will operate powered industrial equipment to move product from dock to storage slots and ensure correct placement for order fulfillment.

Your responsibilities include replenishing pick slots, performing safety checks, recording warehouse activity, and maintaining a clean work environment while following safety guidelines. Experience with forklift equipment and basic math is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Able to read and write legibly; basic math skills; understand Voxware commands.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to transport pallets from dock to warehouse slots.
• Replenish pick slots from reserve storage to maintain inventory levels.
• Perform safety checks on battery, brakes, lift, and extinguisher; ensure pallets are secure.
