Forklift Operator $21-$25/HR DOE

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a local Portland company searching for a Forklift Operator who will have core responsibilities on the Logistics team in a fast-paced and critical position for incoming and outgoing deliveries for our customers.

As the Forklift Operator you will:

• Help support the unloading, checking‑in, and distribution of freight,
• Load semi‑truck trailers
• Manage shipping pallet organization
• Ensure the highest quality pallets are used for shipments.

You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving around warehouses, storage spaces, and other facilities. If you are a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles, we want you. The goal will be to ensure that materials and products will always be in the right place to achieve maximum efficiency.

You will have room for fast growth and can evolve into assisting in other areas, including work with the internal Shipping and Receiving department. You should have familiarity with shipping/loading-related processes using the most advanced forklifts and pallet jack equipment.

We are available in person or by phone at 503-735-1200 Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. Express Employment Professionals franchise conveniently located in North Portland at 4790 N. Lombard Street, Portland OR, 97203. We are at the corner of Lombard and Fiske, 2 miles west of I-5 on Lombard.
