Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Locust Grove, GA is seeking a Forklift Operator for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm). You will operate powered industrial lift trucks, load and unload trailers, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse while following safety and quality policies.

This role supports our growing supply chain operations and offers competitive benefits. A High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with at least 1 year of warehouse experience and a valid forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Must be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials.
• Use a handheld scanner with high accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean work environment.
• Display a commitment to process excellence.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy.
• Perform inbound receiving processes.
