Job summary

Millenniumsoft, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator in Sumter, SC for a 12-month contract on W2. The role involves safe and accurate movement of products within the distribution center, with 40 hours/week and a 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

schedule on a rotating 3-2-2-3 shift. Pay rate starts at $18.80/hour. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (or 1 year experience in lieu), OSHA-style PPE usage, and experience with WMS like Manhattan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience required in lieu of diploma.
• Intermediate experience with high reach or counterbalance forklifts.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport palletized product within the distribution center (unload, put away double deep, bulk and full pallet pick, load, replenishment).
• Operate material handling equipment including high reach, counterbalance, electric pallet jack, and dock stocker.
• Use RF Scanner and WMS to ensure inventory accuracy and track products throughout the site.
• Follow site safety procedures, including PPE (safety vest, safety shoes).
• Cross train and provide backup support when required.
