Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator in Indianapolis, IN to support our dynamic warehouse operations.

You will operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers, scan items accurately, and load/unload shipments to keep our supply chain moving smoothly. The role requires training and certification for forklift operation, a flexible schedule (including potential overtime), and at least a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must be trained and certified in safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move product and equipment.
• Use handheld scanner with high accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Adhere to 7S program and maintain a clean environment.
• Display commitment to process excellence.
• Understand and follow the supply chain quality policy.
• Perform inbound receiving processes.
