Job summary

Epson America, Inc. is hiring for a Forklift Operator on 1st Shift in our fast-paced warehouse near Indianapolis. No forklift experience required—we will train you.

You will safely operate reach trucks, order pickers and other material handling equipment to load, unload, pick, pack, and ship customer orders. Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work safely.
• Familiarity with WMS and RF scanners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating reach trucks, order pickers and other material handling equipment (training provided).
• Loading and unloading trailers and containers.
• Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
• Performing putaway of inbound shipments.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and documentation procedures.
• Participating in cycle counts and maintaining a clean work area.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in our warehouse operations by:

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $21.00 and $21.50/hr. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
