The forklift operator is responsible for the safe handling of Adams Beverages products in the warehouse. This general warehouse assignment requires the candidate to perform duties such as truck loading, unloading, receiving, replenishing, counting inventory, and dock management. The Warehouse employee must understand all company policies and procedures. This position reports directly to the Shift Warehouse Mangers, Director of Operations, COO, VP's, Branch Managers, and Ownership. This is a non-exempt position and is subject to overtime calculations.
A Forklift Operator with proper development can expect opportunities to move into roles such as Warehouse Manager. Additional opportunities may exist in movement to sales, merchandising, or delivery.

While performing the duties of this job in the internal and external environment, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles.
