Job summary

Crown Holdings in Mankato, MN is hiring a Forklift Operator to load, unload, store, and move coils, supplies, and finished goods within a fast-paced plant environment.

The role requires prior forklift experience and the ability to operate a 30,000-lb capacity forklift with certification, following safety and quality procedures. Excellent housekeeping and teamwork are essential.

Shifts are 12 hours on a 4x4 schedule with night differential, offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience.
• Ability to operate a 30,000‑lb capacity forklift and maintain certification.
• Understanding and adherence to plant quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and store coils, in‑process supplies, materials, and finished product.
• Move materials and finished products between locations within the plant.
• Complete required forms, spoilage logs, shipping reports, etc.
• Maintain and organize the warehouse and ensure safety and housekeeping.
• Safely operate power tools and inspect equipment as needed.
