Job summary

Masterson Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable and experienced Forklift Operators for a reputable warehouse client located in Eagan, MN. This role requires safe operation of propane-powered sit-down and stand-up forklifts, loading and unloading shipments, and moving freight throughout the facility.

You will use handheld scanners for inventory, maintain clean, organized work zones, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have valid forklift certification or be willing to obtain before start.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.
• Basic use of handheld scanners and inventory systems.
• English communication skills required.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate propane-powered sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Load/unload trucks and move freight within the warehouse.
• Transport materials to staging, racking, or storage areas.
• Use handheld scanners for inventory tracking.
• Maintain clean, organized work zones.
• Follow supervisor instructions and site safety procedures.
