Job summary

Altium Packaging in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Forklift Operator for a 12‑hour D shift (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM). You will stack and retrieve supplies, load trucks, and support production by maintaining inventory and material flow across the plant.

The role requires a GED or high school diploma and a current OSHA forklift certification; prior experience with loading/unloading, weighing, and following GMPs is preferred. Overtime may be required to meet production needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to stack and retrieve supplies and materials.
• Load trucks and secure product per customer requirements.
• Load/unload materials onto/off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Monitor material usage and supply raw materials to production lines.
• Weigh materials or products and record results on tags or schedules.
• Keep production lines supplied with raw materials.
• Inventory products as needed and label/sort/wrap/tie products.
• Unload and stack material using lifting devices.
• Overtime may be required due to business needs.
