Job summary

Altium Packaging in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Forklift Operator to operate a forklift, stack and retrieve supplies, and help maintain GMP compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and an OSHA forklift certification.

Work hours are 12-hour A shift, 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, with overtime as needed. You will support production by ensuring materials are available and properly labeled, contributing to a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification: Current OSHA forklift driving certification.
• Safety awareness and compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Load trucks and secure product per customer requirements.
• Load and unload materials onto or off of pallets and lifting devices.
• Monitor material usage and supply production lines.
• Weigh materials and record results on tags or production schedules.
• Keep production lines stocked with raw materials; label, sort, wrap and tie product.
• Unload and stack material with lifting device.
• Overtime may be required.
