Cambria is hiring a Forklift Operator at our Randolph, MN location. This role involves operating a forklift, bagging equipment, and transporting materials within the quartz processing facility. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered based on continued employment and safety performance.

Starting hourly range is $20.00–$27.50, with eligibility for comprehensive benefits including health insurance, PTO, and retirement plans. Training may occur at the Le Sueur facility before full deployment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of material handling and forklift experience.
• Ability to obtain safety certifications.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging equipment to package quartz products.
• Safely operate forklift to move materials.
• Load/unload trucks and stage materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks.
• Follow safety regulations and PPE use.
• Assist with quality checks and maintenance.
