Job summary

Ocean Spray is hiring for temporary Harvest Season positions at our Long Beach, WA facility. Roles include lab work, box building, inspection, operators, forklift driving, and general labor. Wages range from $19.10 to $20.95 per hour, based on position, with potential End of Harvest bonuses.

Positions require willingness to work variable day shifts, adherence to safety practices, and ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Prior manufacturing or forklift experience is a plus.

• Lab Workers — Grade, sort, and weigh product.
• Box Builders — Assemble totes.
• Inspectors — Inspect and prepare totes for fruit.
• Operators — Binning Station — filling totes with fruit.
• Forklift Drivers- moving totes.
• General Laborers Wages depend on position and are $19.10 - $20.95 USD per hour.

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements

• Must be willing and available to work variable day shifts, and adhere to good manufacturing, safety and environmental practices.
• Have the ability to work in a team environment, follow instructions, and keep accurate records.
• May include lifting up to 30 (14Kg) pounds frequently.
• Prior manufacturing, forklift, lab, or scale experience is a plus.
• Those who work through the season can earn an End of Harvest Bonus!
