Qualifications

• Familiar and compliant with company policies for all employees reporting to you
• Detail oriented
• Able to operate warehouse equipment
• Cooperative attitude necessary to work effectively with others
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Adaptable, flexible, and maintain effectiveness during change/transition

Primary Duties

The primary duties of the employee are (but are not limited to) the following:

• All employees have the responsibility to bring forth suggestions and participate in the continuous improvement process and verify the implementation of solutions.
• Conform to all quality, safety, and environmental requirements and procedures.
• Read and follow instructions on converting orders.
• Perform routine operations on machine (load, set-up, doff) – make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards.
• Production reporting to be neat and accurate.
• Ability to lift 75–100 pounds.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Department Supervisor.

Shift: 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7 pm – 3 pm
