Job summary

Katalyst CRO seeks a reliable Forklift Operator to support daily material handling at our Vacaville, CA facility. You will operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts, move materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures.

The role requires a valid forklift certification, HS diploma, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Experience with RF scanners or inventory systems is preferred to help sustain efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Forklift Certification.
• 13 years of forklift experience.
• Additional warehouse or safety training (preferred).
• GMP or pharmaadjacent experience (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (sitdown, standup, reach truck, pallet jack) to move, load, and unload materials.
• Perform inbound and outbound material handling, staging, and storage.
• Follow all safety protocols, GMP guidelines, and facility procedures.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update system entries.
• Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization.
• Safely handle pallets, drums, totes, and production materials.
• Assist with cycle counts, stock rotation, and general warehouse tasks.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse leads, supervisors, and production teams.
