Job summary

Charger Logistics USA Inc. is seeking an experienced forklift operator with cross-docking responsibilities to join our warehouse team. Applicants must be detail oriented, follow instructions closely, and have forklift experience with certification preferred.

Responsibilities include loading, unloading, cross-docking, and yard movement. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work rotating shifts, and hold a valid forklift license. Steel-toed boots are required for all shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years forklift experience in counterbalance and narrow-aisle (TSP).
• Must have a valid forklift license.

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance and narrow-aisle forklifts to load, unload, move, and store freight.
• Check inbound/outbound pallets and ensure proper rack storage.
• Perform cross-docking and staging for loading/unloading.
• Assist with yard shunting and equipment movement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely.
• Follow proper loading techniques and safety procedures.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization.

Charger Logistics USA Inc. is currently looking for an experienced fork-lift driver plus cross docking individual to add to our existing team of drivers. Applicants must be detail oriented and closely follow rules and instructions. Applicants must be experienced fork-lift operators, preferably certified.

Responsibilities:

• Operate counterbalance and TSP (narrow aisle) forklifts to safely load, unload, move, and store freight within the warehouse.
• Accurately check inbound and outbound pallets and ensure products are properly stored in designated rack locations.
• Perform cross-docking activities, including moving and staging freight efficiently for loading and unloading.
• Assist with shunting trailers and moving equipment within the yard, as required.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including organizing freight, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth warehouse and yard operations.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and vehicles safely.
• Follow proper loading and unloading techniques and comply with all safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize warehouse space utilization.

Requirements
