Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support loading, picking, packing, and shipping.

This role uses sit-down forklifts, offers weekly pay, and benefits from day-one eligibility. You will work a 2nd shift Monday–Friday 4:00pm–12:30am with safety-focused training and opportunities for advancement.

Valid forklift license, reliable attendance, and ability to lift up to 35 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Able to work in a diverse work environment.
• Punctual with good attendance.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, and forklift operation.
• Accurately pick, pack, and load items and manage paperwork.
• Support automated packing systems and maintenance during shifts.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and performance targets.

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $20.33 per hour
• Overtime Pay $30.50 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.25 per hour when assigned to second shift
• Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 4:0pm - 12:30 am

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to be a team player and able to work within a diverse work environment

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks
• Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Performs other duties as assigned.
