Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Spring Hill, Tennessee is hiring Forklift Operating Material Handlers. Pay is weekly and benefits are provided. The job involves operating sit-down forklifts and tuggers, with a second shift from 4:00 pm to 12:30 am.

In this role you may be handling automotive parts, supporting distribution across the US. A valid forklift license is required and training is provided. Expect a team-focused environment with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License/certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Must be available to work flexible schedule on various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Work within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay $20.33 per hour
• Overtime Pay $30.50 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.25 per hour when assigned to second shift
• Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 4:00 pm - 12:30 am

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Performs other duties as assigned.
