Warehouse/Forklift Operator 1st and 2nd shift

Monday - Friday, 6:30AM - 2:30PM; 2nd shift 2:30PM - 10:30PM

Currently, we have openings for 1st Shift and 2nd Shift Warehouse/Forklift Operators. This role involves preparing orders with correct products and counts for on-time shipment to customers via truck or FedEx daily. Additionally, the individual will receive incoming goods and sign paperwork for the correct amount received.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure safe operation of stand-up and sit-down forklifts, following safe stacking and un-stacking procedures, and adhere to safe work practices.
2. Pull orders from stock accurately to ship daily, meeting goals for pounds picked.
3. Receive raw materials and correctly stock them along with finished goods.
4. Set up production lines with raw materials promptly to facilitate customer orders.
5. Verify outgoing and incoming shipments have correct products and counts.
6. Receive items from trucks or FedEx, and place them in designated areas, quarantine, or proper racks.
7. Facilitate movement of materials within the warehouse, moving finished goods and raw materials to correct locations as they become available.
8. Release incoming materials to proper locations to clear the quarantine area promptly.

Position Requirements:

1. Basic math and reading skills.
2. 6+ months warehouse experience; stand-up forklift experience strongly preferred.
3. Good writing skills for completing paperwork.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
5. Excellent organizational skills and a good work ethic.
6. Ability to perform basic computer operations and data entry.
7. Overtime may be required based on customer demand.
