Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is hiring for a Forklift Operator to support our production teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Seymour, Indiana. The role requires operating forklifts safely, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining high quality standards while meeting daily targets.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience, optional certification, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. A strong team player with a positive attitude is preferred, along with familiarity with pallet

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.
• Willingness to perform physical work up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision using forklifts, supporting production teams.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace; practice 'Clean as You Go'.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Load & Unload with Precision: Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers, supporting our production teams.
• Safety First, Always: Follow all safety protocols and help us achieve zero incidents, every shift.
• Sort & Support: Hand-sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Keep It Moving: Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay Clean & Organized: Practice "Clean as You Go" and help maintain a safe, tidy workspace.
• Lift & Move: Be ready for physical work — lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions throughout your shift.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred — but we’ll train and certify you if needed!
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a diverse team.
