Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a GSF subsidiary, is hiring for a warehouse associate in a 24/7 operation. You’ll move, pick, and load shipments in a multi-temperature environment, using RF scanners and inventory systems to keep orders accurate and on time.

This full-time, on-site role offers a night shift 3:30pm–12:00am, temp-controlled facility (-5°F to 38°F), weekly pay, and benefits after 30 days. Must have warehouse experience and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have warehouse experience.
• Experience using a stand-up forklift and reach truck.
• Experience working in a freezer/cooler (−5°F to 38°F).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physical role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse workspace.
• Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track orders and inventory.
• Follow QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely.
• Assist dock operations, staging and organizing shipments.

In This Role, You'll

You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you're loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you'll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods and staging inventory to shipping orders on time.

• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
• Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation
• Assist dock operations, including staging and organizing shipments

What You'll Bring

• Must have warehouse experience
• Experience using a stand-up forklift and reach truck
• Experience working in a freezer/cooler with temperatures below 0 degrees
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Physically active role with repetitive lifting of up to 50lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred

Schedule & Setting

• Monday to Friday from 3:30pm to 12:00am (Overnight)
• Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5°F to 38°F)
• Must be available to work at night, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation
• Must be able to work until all loading tasks are completed

Pay & Benefits

• $23.23/hr, not including pay for performance (PFP)
• After your 90-day probation period, the pay will increase to $25.34/hr. Not including pay for performance (PFP)
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
