Trivium Packaging is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Operator to monitor the plant floor, load and unload trucks, and keep production lines supplied with material. The role emphasizes safety, 5S housekeeping, and accurate reporting of safety, quality, and production metrics.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience, the ability to operate around automated systems, and be reliable team players with good communication skills. Shift flexibility, including 12-hour options, is required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor plant floor and keep production lines supplied with material.
• Load and unload trucks; maintain clean and organized warehouse.
• Complete shipping/receiving/warehousing SAP transactions.
• Maintain safety and quality through 5S and housekeeping activities.
• Provide accurate reporting of safety, quality, production, and efficiency.
• Operate around highly automated systems including robotic equipment.
• Deliver basic supplies to departments and ensure FIFO inventory control.

Summary:

Monitor the plant floor and supply the production lines with material. Load and unload trucks as needed. Maintain highest level of quality and safety in all operations. Maintain cleanliness and inventory accuracy

Essential Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Comply with safety policies and practices and participate in the plant Safety Program.
• Maintain a safe work environment for self and all team members and equipment through daily 5S, housekeeping activities, vehicle safety checks and report all unsafe acts or conditions.
• Ability to work any shift including 12-hour shifts, weekend shifts, holidays, maintenance days, etc.
• Provide accurate reporting of safety, quality, production, and efficiency.
• Work with team members to make recommendations for process improvements.
• Operate and/or work around highly automated systems including robotic equipment.
• Completion of shipping/receiving/warehousing SAP transactions.
• Load and unload trucks while maintaining EHS 155 requirements
• Maintain continuous flow of material for production lines.
• Complete quality checks as needed including FIFO
• Accurately warehouse products
• Deliver the basic supplies to each department
• Precision placement of products at various heights

Education and/or Experience:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sit-down forklift experience preferred.

Computer Skills:

• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to operate tablets and mobile computers

Other Skills and Abilities:

• Team member must be punctual and reliable.
• Fork truck certified

The noise level in the work environment is very loud. Team members must wear hearing protection and all other assigned personal protective equipment. Temperature can range from extreme cold (<40 degrees) to extreme heat (>95 degrees). The atmosphere contains fumes, dust, and odors.
