  • Complete inspections and warehouse housekeeping per safety policies.

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements
  • 1 year of forklift experience.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Experience with inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping documentation, and quality inspections preferred.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately verify shipments, inventory, and documentation.
  • Ability to identify and report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, and operational concerns.

Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting exceeding 100 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, climb, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment in a warehouse environment.
  • Comfortable working in hot, cold, humid, and industrial conditions while wearing required PPE.
  • Strong visual abilities, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and close-distance focus.
Job Duties
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to safely load, unload, move, and store products.
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments by verifying quantities, inspecting product condition, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Read customer orders, pick tickets, shipping documents, and work orders to accurately fulfill inventory and distribution requirements.
  • Verify product identification, sort inventory by location or part number, and maintain proper stock organization.
  • Perform shipping, receiving, inventory control, outbound scanning, and quality assurance inspections to ensure accuracy and product integrity.
  • Complete required equipment inspections, user maintenance, documentation, and warehouse housekeeping duties while following all safety policies and procedures.

What You Will Do

As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations.
