Ryder is hiring Sit-down Forklift Operators in Princeton, KY. The role offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a path to a career you can feel good about.

Expect hourly pay of $18.00 with an additional $1.00 per hour, schedule Monday–Friday 10:30 PM–6:30 AM, and opportunities for growth within a team-first supply chain culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Flexible schedule and reliable attendance.
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Maintain accuracy in picking, packing, and staging of products; audit and load/unload trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during production shifts.
• Perform duties within performance guidelines of the contract.
• Other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $18.00 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to be a team player and able to work within a diverse work environment

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks
• Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Performs other duties as assigned.
