Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a hands-on manufacturing associate to join our industrial team. The role focuses on safe, efficient production of precast concrete products while following quality standards.

You will strip forms, pour and finish concrete, operate forklifts, and maintain shop-floor organization, with emphasis on teamwork and adherence to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Basic math skills including reading a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Strips and cleans concrete forms.
• Pours concrete, shovels, vibrates, and finishes.
• Maintains good housekeeping and safety on the shop floor.
• Performs basic carpentry skills.
• Operate forklift and other heavy machinery.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Strips and cleans concrete forms
• Pours concrete, shovels, vibrates, and finishes
• Maintains good housekeeping and safety regulations on the shop floor
• Performs basic carpentry skills
• Operate Forklift and other heavy machinery
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in concrete panel work
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of basic tools and their uses
• Understand and apply basic math skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication)
• Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure
