Job summary

TRUE Fitness in Missouri is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Associate to unload deliveries, verify items, and process electronic receipts. The role supports production by ensuring timely stocking and accurate intake of materials.

Responsibilities include labeling materials, FIFO stocking, stock transfers between locations, and cross-training in shipping. Candidates must have forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days) and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required or can be obtained within 60 days.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries using pallet jack, forklift, or manually.
• Verify incoming material against packing list and part.
• Perform visual inspection of incoming materials for quantity and condition.
• Record electronic receipt transactions accurately and promptly.
• Label incoming materials with system-generated receiving label.
• Distribute materials across the facility.
• Ensure shipping is stocked to keep production at optimum levels.
• Stock materials safely using FIFO to ensure proper movement.
• Rotate stock during moves and replenishments.
• Research and resolve receiving discrepancies and errors as required.
• Transfer stock between warehouses using company vehicle.
• Cross-trained in Finished Goods and Parts Shipping Departments.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Unloads deliveries using pallet jack, forklift, or manually
• Verifies incoming material against the packing list and part
• Performs visual inspection of incoming materials for quantity and condition
• Performs accurate and timely electronic receipt transactions
• Label incoming materials with system generated receiving label
• Distributes materials across facility
• Ensures shipping is stocked to keep production at optimum levels
• Stocks materials safely and per fist in first out (FIFO) to ensure safe and accurate movement
• Rotates stock appropriately when performing moves and replenishments
• Research and resolve receiving discrepancies and errors as required
• Transfer stock from one warehouse to another via company vehicle
• Cross-trained in Finished Goods and Parts Shipping Departments

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Current forklift certification or the ability to become forklift certified within 60 days of employment
• Valid driver's license

Additional Information:

• Lift 50lbs unassisted
• Work in warehouse conditions (semi climate controlled)
• Walk up to 10,000 steps
• Stand for up to 8 hours per day
• Some travel required when transporting stock from one location to another
