International Packaging Inc. is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Forklift Operator to help keep materials, products, and production moving throughout our facility.
This is an important operational role. You'll be responsible for unloading incoming materials, staging supplies for production, moving finished goods, supporting shipping and receiving, and making sure materials are where they need to be when they need to be there.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, works safely, and understands that good material flow directly impacts the entire operation.
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime
Compensation:$20.00 - $27.00/hour, depending on experience

As a Forklift Operator, you will:
Keep Materials Moving: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment throughout the facility.
Support Receiving: Unload inbound freight, inspect materials for obvious damage, and ensure products are moved to the correct location.
Support Production: Stage raw materials, supplies, pallets, and other items needed to keep production running efficiently.
Support Shipping: Prepare finished products for shipment, stage outbound orders, and safely load trucks.
Maintain Organization: Keep warehouse, storage, shipping, receiving, and production support areas clean, organized, and ready for audits or inspections.
Protect Accuracy: Help ensure materials and finished goods are moved, staged, and handled accurately.
Communicate Clearly: Work closely with Production, Shipping, Receiving, and other team members to communicate priorities, shortages, delays, or issues.
Put Safety First: Follow all IPI safety procedures and equipment requirements. Immediately report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or potential hazards.
Stay Flexible: Support changing production and shipping priorities when needed to keep work moving.
