Forklift Operator pay starts at $19.18 with a second-shift premium of 75 cents and a third-shift premium of 75 cents. Associates are regularly required to stand, walk, and use their hands and fingers to handle or reach. These associates regularly lift and/or move parts that weigh between 15 and 35 lbs.
