Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move product, label and package inventory, and support warehouse operations at our Colorado facility.

You will load delivery trucks, ensure pallets are safe, and complete daily equipment inspections. Candidate should have a high school diploma, forklift certification, ERP experience, and be able to lift 100 lbs; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related work experience.
• Ability to read loading slips, safety rules, and operating instructions.
• Experience with ERP systems and tablets/scanners preferred.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate and place finished goods properly.
• Label and package product for inventory.
• Ensure packaging and quantities meet quality standards.
• Load trucks with finished product for delivery.
• Verify packaging and pallet safety before shipment.
• Complete daily equipment inspection paperwork.

Job Summary

Operate Forklift Safely to move product into inventory/onto and off a truck

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure proper rotation and placement of finished goods
• Properly label product and package product for inventory
• Ensure packaged quantities are correct and quality is up to standards
• Load trucks with the finished product for delivery
• Before loading product for shipment ensure packaging and pallet are safe and adequate for shipment
• Complete Daily paperwork including inspection reports for equipment

Job Requirements

• At least a High school diploma or GED equivalent and at least 1 year of related work experience
• Ability to read and interpret loading slips, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• General computer skills or experience working with ERP systems including tablets and scanners preferred
• Follow all safety procedures
• Ability to carry out instructions, both written and oral
• Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and understanding of units of measure
• Ability to work any shift
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Forklift Certified
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

Compensation

• Hourly pay rate $19-21/hour, based on experience
• Vacation hours of two weeks per year
