Job summary

Encompass is hiring a Forklift Operator for our brand new, 100k square foot, state-of-the-art fulfillment center. You will receive, organize, and stock merchandise to ensure efficient warehouse operations and accurate inventory control.

This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during operating hours. We value safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift and willingness to be certified on an order picker.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Bonus points for warehouse or stocking experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet stocking goals.

The Job at a Glance

As a Fulfillment Center Specialist - Forklift Operator at our brand new, 100k square foot, state-of-the-art fulfillment center you will work within our fast-paced, distribution environment. Due to our continued growth, we have multiple positions available.

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and stocking merchandise to ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and inventory is accurately maintained. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during operating hours.

A Typical Day

• Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet stocking goals.

In addition to base pay, some roles offer a production bonus depending on the role.
