Job summary

Coastal Logistics Group, Inc. in Ladson, SC is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move, load and store materials within a busy warehouse. You will operate 6K to 36K forklifts, perform pre-use inspections, and maintain accurate load records.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and strict adherence to safety guidelines. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential overtime and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with rigging and block & bracing techniques.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while following instructions.
• Commitment to following all safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and perform a variety of tasks as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Warehouse setting with varying temperatures and noise levels; physical stamina required.
