Menasha Corporation seeks a Forklift Operator for our Groveport, OH facility. You will operate a sit-down forklift, move pallets, and assist with production line coordination to ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include completing daily forklift checklists, inventory tasks, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. Previous warehouse experience and the ability to work overtime or weekends are valued.

Competenze

• Stand-up forklift experience required.
• Ability to pass certification to operate a fork/lift truck.
• High school diploma or equivalent highly desired.
• Previous warehouse production experience preferred.

• Transport finished jobs or goods into correct areas.
• Move pallets of goods for jobs in process to appropriate area as needed.
• Place finished goods on designated pallets to the correct location.
• Accurately complete forklift operator’s checklist.
• Notify supervisor of mechanical or material issues.
• Confer with managers to ensure coordination of other production lines.
• Maintain a physical inventory and perform daily cycle counts.
• Perform inventory audits as needed.

Transport finished jobs or goods into correct areas2. Move pallets of goods for jobs in process to appropriate area as needed3. Place finished goods which are on a designated pallet to the correct location4. Accurately complete forklift operator’s checklist5. Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues6. Confer with managers to ensure coordination of other production lines7. Conduct a physical inventory of all corrugated materials by performing daily cycle counts8. Perform inventory audits on a daily basis or as needed9. Maintain a clean and safe work area by moving empty pallets to a designated area10. Assist supervisors on the production floor to maintain a safe work environment11. Perform all functions accurately as required in our WMS systemPerform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors **Education/Certification**High school diploma or equivalent highly desired **Work Experience**Required - Ability to pass certification in order to operate a fork/lift truckStand-up forklift experience requiredDesired - Previous warehouse production experience preferred **Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**1.
