Job summary

48forty-Solutions, LLC is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift in Greencastle. You will move pallets, load and unload trailers, and support production requirements on site.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, forklift certification preferred, 1–3 years of forklift experience, and willingness to work in a labor-intensive warehouse environment.

• Move sorted pallet stacks to staging areas using Relogistics forklift equipment.
• Operate forklifts with care, following safety procedures at all times.
• Hand-sort wooden pallets when required.
• Repair wooden pallets with a nail gun when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Overview

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll get to move pallets and other materials through the different areas of the warehouse, supporting production requirements in those areas, as well as loading and unloading customer trailers. Forklift Operators also get to wear many hats within the site! You may also sort pallets by hand and repair damaged wooden pallets by hand in some locations. This role is vital to the success of our Relogistics site!

Hourly Pay:

$20.00/hr

Shift(s):

2nd Shift: Friday - Monday 7:00am - 5:30pm

What You'll Do

• Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment
• Forklifts must be operated with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times
• Hand-sorting wooden pallets, when required
• Repairing wooden pallets using a nail gun, when required
• Maintain a clean & safe working environment
