Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Green Bay, WI is hiring for a Forklift Operator to move stock within our warehouse, load and unload shipments, and support inventory accuracy. The PM shift runs 6pm–6:30am on a 3-2-2 schedule with night shift differential opportunities.

Starting pay is $21.25 per hour, plus differential of $2.00/hr Mon-Thu nights and $3.00/hr Fri-Sun nights. Benefits include day-one medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Six months warehouse experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using various types of forklifts or other power equipment 80% of shift
• Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring exact quantity and types are loaded
• Keep records and reports for inventory accuracy
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards
• Verify load accuracy; check load count, stability, and damage
• Change equipment battery or LP tank and monitor power source
• Maintain clean and orderly equipment and area
• Assist in physical inventories
• Complete daily inspection of equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Role Purpose :

What will you do in this role? Our Forklift Operators are responsible for moving stock from one area to another within our warehouse environment. You’ll load and unload shipments of various sizes, and you may use certain types of equipment such as stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks.Our environment is team oriented, fast paced and safety focused. • Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of product is loaded.
