Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to work with the Warehouse Supervisor in inbound receiving and outbound loading. The role requires operating a forklift safely, selecting full pallets, and restocking picking slots with a sense of urgency.

Training and certification are required, with a 4:00am shift start. The position emphasizes compliance with safety regulations and the ability to move around others in a distribution center.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift Certification required; must be re-certified every 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Distribution Center with proper training on safety.
• Ability to work in a cold environment for several hours.
• Attention to accuracy and detail while moving with a purpose and sense of urgency.

Overview

The Forklift Operator will with the Warehouse Supervisor in receiving product, selecting full pallets for shipping, replenishing picking slots or loading trucks. This position may work alternating shifts as required because of their ability to operate a forklift in a safe manner while moving with a sense of urgency. The Forklift Operator must be trained and certified to be able to operate their equipment throughout the Distribution Center moving around others who are working.

Please note this is an Inbound position and the shift starts at 4:00am.

Overview of Responsibilities

• Perform order selection for loading outbound trucks of your assigned product lines


• Operate Forklift while maintaining compliance to safety regulations


• Restock product to the appropriate warehouse location


• Pull product from appropriate warehouse locations


• Load and unload trucks when required
