Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Forklift Operator to support our Franklin, MA warehouse operations. You will replenish racks, move pallets to alternate locations, and assist Order Selectors to fulfill bins in a dynamic distribution environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of warehouse experience, and 2 years of stand-up forklift experience, with the ability to lift 50+ pounds and work overtime as needed.

The Forklift Operator is responsible for replenishing racks and moving pallets to alternate locations to fulfill bins for the Order Selectors.

The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to finish.

You Will

• Manage the drop-down of pallets
• Replenish bins
• Cut pallets
• Wrap pallets
• Pull empty pallets from slots

You Have

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent
• 2 years of warehouse distribution experience
• 2 years of stand-up forklift experience
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted
• Availability for required overtime
• Knowledge and use of other warehouse equipment is a plus
